The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is most appreciative of the professional help and guidance Eric has provided. His fraud expertise and how it affects businesses is exceptional! He willingly shares what he knows and has helped our BBB create successful programs that we can present to educate local organizations. He is also a great presenter who explains things in a way that everyone can understand. It has been a pleasure working with him and having him serve on BBB’s Community Business Programming Committee! – Margo Riekes Communications Director Better Business Bureau, Inc.
Eric came and spoke to our team members during our yearly safety day. He did a great job teaching us how to look for potential security breaches in our everyday lives. He brought attention to cyber hazards that are in our own homes where we often feel safe as well. He presentation was very informative and gave us a piece of mind and better awareness about the importance of cyber security. – McCall Amundson – Willmar Electric
Eric’s presentation was interesting and relevant. He shared practical examples of the current cyber threats and how we should protect our friends and family from the threats. I am definitely better protected thanks to Eric’s advice.I really enjoyed the class and think more people should go to it he was very informative. – Justin Chapin – Willmar Electric
I didn’t realize just how easy it was or is for someone to get my personal information and made me more aware and cautious of my online actions and in home electronics. – Brandon Satterthwaite – Willmar Electric
I thought it was very well done and he was very passionate about the topic which made it interesting. My biggest takeaway is how security is all digital these days which means “smart homes” are so easy to hack and compromise security. – Caleb Dilley – Willmar Electric
I thought the class was pretty interesting. Some of the things he brought up were common knowledge items. My biggest take away from the class was I did not realize smart tvs have cameras and he advised to put tape over it as that is a way for others to view what you are doing . – Sylvia Higel – Wilmar Electric
Thank you again for speaking at our conference; I continue to receive great feedback regarding the presentation. Kayla Fierro, AVP, Product Manager | Treasury Management Great Western Bank
